Alaffia is a pioneering social enterprise that believes in beauty as a force for positive change. Since 2003, they’ve partnered with women-led cooperatives in West Africa to handcraft fair-trade shea butter and African black soap.

To advance gender equality and alleviate poverty through fair-trade practices, community empowerment, and sustainable production. Alaffia’s products support maternal care, education, and environmental stewardship across West Africa.
