Our Team

Jen White

With more than 25 years of experience in the Natural Products Industry, Jen White has dedicated her career to holistic living, herbal medicine, and supporting brands that make a meaningful impact. Her passion for plant-based wellness began in her early twenties and has guided every step of her professional journey.

Jen is the founder of Northern Harmony Naturals, a boutique brokerage based in New Hampshire that serves the New England region, including VT, NH, ME, MA, CT and RI. Through Northern Harmony, she represents and supports a select portfolio of premium natural product lines with a focus on herbal supplements, functional foods, skincare, and health and beauty.

Deeply committed to integrity, education, and long-term partnership, Jen bridges the gap between innovative wellness brands and the retailers who champion them. Her work reflects a belief that natural products have the power to elevate everyday wellbeing — and that the right relationships can amplify that impact across communities.

Jen lives in New Hampshire with her husband and son, where she continues to cultivate a life grounded in wellness, connection, and natural harmony.

Her favorite flower is anything from the genus Passiflora or Passionflower.

Founder and CEO

Known affectionately as “Jenny B!” — or “mainejen” to many accounts — Jenny Bruder-McLain represents Maine, New Hampshire, and Eastern Massachusetts for Northern Harmony Naturals. She is currently living her best life in Maine with her husband, Eric, their three lovable part-Lab dogs, and two cherished senior cats.

Jenny entered the Natural Products Industry in 2014 after a major health scare paused her corporate career for a year. Not wanting to return to the corporate world, she chose a new path — one rooted in purpose, wellness, and meaningful connection. She carried forward the strongest parts of her previous career: a solid business foundation, professionalism, and a dedicated work ethic.

In 2020, Jenny deepened her commitment to holistic living by earning her Holistic Wellness Coach certification, and she remains actively involved in the wellness community. Now in her eighth year with Northern Harmony Naturals, she feels deeply grateful to represent a brokerage that prioritizes proper sourcing, integrity, and high standards for every brand they partner with.

Fun facts:
Jenny loves all things outdoors — hiking in nature is her happy place. She plays guitar, chases live music whenever she can, and brings warmth, humor, and authentic enthusiasm to every relationship she builds.

Cristina Ciccone

Cristina is an experienced sales professional with deep roots in the wellness and the natural products industry. Her introduction to herbal medicine in 2002 sparked a lifelong passion for helping others on their own wellness journeys and empowering them to make informed health choices.

She began her career working in wellness departments, eventually serving as supplement buyer and manager, where she quickly became a trusted resource for customers seeking guidance on products and health goals. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for her transition into outside sales, where she has spent more than a decade representing high-integrity brands and championing natural products.

Cristina is known for building long-term partnerships, delivering consistent and thoughtful customer support, and inspiring enthusiasm for wellness brands, all driven by her passion for helping retail partners offer products that uplift and support their communities.

She lives in Rhode Island with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking (and of course eating) good food, working in her garden, diving into creative projects, laughing with loved ones, and walking in the woods.

For more than 40 years, Cassidy has been deeply passionate about farm-to-table eating and herbalism. Her interest was first sparked in her late teens after reading Organic Manifesto, and it grew even stronger with the birth of her first child in 1996. Determined to nourish her family naturally, she immersed herself in the study of herbal medicine—and quickly became entranced by the magic and wisdom of plant healing. What began as curiosity became a lifelong calling.

Cassidy formally entered the supplement and herbal sales world in 2012, working for the “old school” Whole Foods, Health Trail Natural Foods, and Wellspring Marketing. Over the years, she has completed extensive training with many of the industry’s leading brands, participated in countless expos, and attended the renowned International Herbal Symposium, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise.

Now living in the Sunapee area, Cassidy embraces everything she loves about New Hampshire—its farms, food culture, and breathtaking natural beauty. She is a proud mother of three grown sons and finds joy in family, plants, animals, FOOD, regenerative farming, natural healing, high fashion, and art.

Cassidy brings a burning passion for living and sharing the holistic lifestyle, infusing her work with warmth, curiosity, and unwavering enthusiasm for the healing power of nature.

Lauren Aquino

Growing up in the South may not have prepared her for New England winters, but Lauren has come to love everything else about life in the Northeast. What began as a temporary move to New Hampshire for a short-term project turned into more than 23 years of living and working throughout New England in politics, communications, development, and strategic planning.

Lauren is grateful for the opportunity to support organic, “feel-good”—and good for you—health, home, and body products, along with the mission-driven businesses and programs behind them. She is passionate about initiatives that prioritize organic ingredients, natural living, sustainability, and plastic-free solutions.

Outside of work, Lauren loves hot yoga, golfing, the gym, hiking, and learning Spanish on Duolingo. She is a proud advocate for the Oxford comma and is currently attempting to learn acoustic guitar. Despite her best efforts, she has yet to fully embrace winter.

Lauren has two teenage sons and a very large, very loving orange cat named Taco—who often tries to steal the spotlight.
